Store Policies

Item Condition:

An item could have one of the two conditions: New or Pre-owned.
New items are new in box, most of the time sealed in shrink wrap. Contents complete and untouched, box in good condition.
Pre-owned items can be in various conditions. From a slightly worn box to missing decal or instruction. All our pre-owned items are checked and the issue, if any, would had been stated in the item listing. Things in bad condition or missing important parts had been discarded.


Payment:

Payment is required within 5 days after the auction is closed. If you have extenuating circumstances on sending payment, you must immediately notify me of the expected date of payment. Failure to comply with this will result in unpaid item filing.
PayPal is preferred.


Shipping:

We do combine shipping. Please request for invoice after all your purchases are complete, or let us  know of all your items and we will give you a shipping quote.

All continental U.S. shipments are done via USPS. If you want Fedex Or UPS please message us before buying.
All international shipments are done via USPS and calculated automatically based on your location.

If an item is returned to us in case of a mistake in address or person not found in given address or for any reason which is not related to us, you are obligated to pay the shipping again.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the postal services unless insurance is bought. Insurance and expedited shipping is available but optional, please contact me for further details.

International Buyers Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

Returns:

We accept return and offer full refund on our mistakes. Description error, wrong item shipped, etc. We're always trying our very best to eliminate this type of issues. Mistakes do happen, from time to time, and we're here to resolve them.
